We are looking for a highly driven Deal Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team. This person will be a key operator and problem solver, driving critical cross-functional initiatives that improve deal desk performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Lead and execute complex cross‑functional initiatives that advance company priorities. Strategic Problem Solving: Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured workstreams and develop data‑informed solutions. Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and design scalable solutions. Analytical Rigor: Partner with data teams to analyze performance and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Performance Management: Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs that measure the impact of programs. Stakeholder Management: Influence and align stakeholders across deal desk, product, sales, finance, and operations. Execution Discipline: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. Change Leadership: Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks. Communication and Storytelling: Create executive‑level presentations and reports that distill complex insights into clear narratives. Basic Qualifications

BA/BS degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree strongly preferred. 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related analytical role in enterprise software. Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional programs, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong analytical background with proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear business narratives. Preferred Qualifications

High bias for action, resourcefulness, and ownership. Experience in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software industries. Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution. Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions. Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders. Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences. Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable leading without direct authority. Unleash Your Potential
