Your role As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high-impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities.
In addition to having a successful track record within an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:
Deep expertise in Operating Model Design, including the development of target operating models for complex organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading Cost Takeout initiatives, with a history of delivering measurable cost reductions across business units or functions.
Broad understanding of current industry dynamics and trends in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cost optimization.
Experience within the following capability areas:
Operating Model Assessment & Redesign
Organizational Model Assessment & Redesign
Cost Reduction Strategy & Execution
Business Case Development
Value Realization Management
Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies
Stakeholder Engagement
Broader experience in related disciplines such as Supply Chain Optimization and Digital Transformation leveraging AI
Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance
