Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time attorney with 4+ years experience in plaintiff\'s personal injury / negligence litigation. This role involves joining a growing Sexual Abuse & Assault Department litigating sexual abuse and sexual assault cases for plaintiffs. A successful candidate should be capable of managing a caseload with supervision. The candidate must have federal court experience, experience in discovery and conducting depositions, and experience appearing for hearings and other court appearances. Courtroom experience preferred, but experience litigating cases in federal court necessary. The candidate must be well organized, have an ability to handle a volume caseload, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be comfortable corresponding and communicating with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and courts. NYS Bar Admission required. Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Seniority level
