Our product is taking off, our customer base is scaling, and our tech needs to scale with it. This is a ground-floor leadership role where you’ll set the vision, roll up your sleeves, and build the entire tech org from scratch — developers, product managers, UX/UI, QA/QC. You’ll own the end-to-end customer and operational tech experience, from e-commerce to back-office systems, making sure everything works smoothly. What You’ll Do
Build & Lead the Team Hire, grow, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA/QC. Create a culture of ownership, speed, and constant learning. Ship Great Product Own our tech stack and product roadmap — everything from e-commerce to logistics tools to consumer-facing features. Balance fast shipping with building a reliable, scalable foundation. Architect systems and processes that can keep up with high-growth in CPG and e-commerce. Implement the right mix of automation, integrations, and innovation to unlock growth. Collaborate Across the Business Partner with brand, ops, marketing, and finance to make sure our tech actually moves the needle. Be the bridge between technical execution and business impact. What We’re Looking For
10+ years in software engineering and product, with at least 5 in leadership. You’ve scaled tech teams in
fast-moving CPG or e-commerce environments . Strong experience building and leading cross-functional groups — QA/QC, product, design, engineering. Hands-on technical chops — you know what good code, clean design, and scalable architecture look like. A startup mindset: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to wear many hats. Excellent communicator who can rally a team and influence non-technical stakeholders. Why Join Dose

Compensation We believe in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your impact, experience, and growth potential. Total compensation includes: Base Salary:
$220,000 – $240,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills) Performance Bonus:
