Head of Financial Planning & Analysis — PE-Backed Financial Services Platform
A rapidly growing, private-equity-backed financial services platform is seeking a
Head of FP&A
to lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role will serve as a key partner to the executive team and investment sponsors, driving data-driven insights and supporting transformational growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in partnership with senior leadership and investors. Develop complex financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, new business lines, M&A opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts, performance analyses, and actionable recommendations to drive profitability and scalability. Prepare and present executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and board-level materials for investors and leadership teams. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Product to align business strategy with financial outcomes. Enhance reporting infrastructure and drive automation using tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, or NetSuite. Preferred Background
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 10–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting. Proven success in high-growth or PE-backed environments. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong executive communication and presentation capabilities. Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader who thrives in dynamic, evolving settings.
