TRCTalent is working alongside a leading consulting group that is seeking an SAP Consultant that has experience with ECC OTC. Candidate must be able to obtain government clearance and/or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance before starting. Travel requirement is 25%. Position Summary:
The Store Inventory & Fulfillment Consultant analyzes, designs, configures, and tests SAP solutions that support Order-to-Cash business processes. This role will work closely with architects, developers, technical services teams, and the client. They will translate business requirements into functional designs, configure system settings, and support integration, testing, and documentation to delivery reliable OTC capabilities for our clients. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Maintains, enhances, and develops SAP ECC OTC functionality and integrations with downstream/upstream systems. Gathers and documents business requirements; converts requirements into detailed functional solutions designs. Designs, documents, and supports development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Configures SAP OTC modules (pricing, order management, billing, credit, availability checks) and produces configuration rationale documentation. Creates and executes test strategies, test plans, and test scripts; coordinates and supports complex test efforts. Collaborates with architects, developers, technical services, and client SMEs to ensure functional and technical alignment. Supports cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities; documents known issues and workarounds. Produces clear process and system documentation, including business process designs, user guides, and training materials. Participates in workshops, design reviews, and status meetings; escalates risks and issues to leads as needed. Travels to client site during critical project activities – approximately 25% travel. Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies. Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor. Required/Desired Qualifications: Education, Training, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP ECC Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional experience. Practical experience documenting business processes, functional designs, and RICEFW requirements. SAP certification in SD or related OTC areas is a plus. Experience with SAP configuration, testing (unit/integration/user acceptance), and cutover support. Experience with S/4HANA OTC concepts or migration exposure is a plus. Familiarity with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) integration points (MM, FI/AR, CRM) is a plus. Experience with common testing tools and ALM processes is a plus. U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance. Must have an active government clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance before starting. Previous work on federal or DoD programs and knowledge of related compliance/contracting nuances is a plus. Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities: Strong collaboration skills; proven ability to work with developers, architects, and client stakeholders. Ability to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first delivery environments.
