Overview

Senior Director, Finance role at Regal Rexnord. Reporting to the Sr. VP/GM for the division, the Senior Director of Finance provides leadership for the Conveyance Solutions Division of Regal Rexnord within the Automation and Motion Control (AMC) segment. This division comprises 1600 global associates across 8 manufacturing sites, producing approximately $450M in revenue. The preferred location is Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities

Act as a key business partner to the Sr. VP/GM, informing leadership of the financial implications of business decisions. Provide leadership to the divisional finance team; coach, develop talent, and increase engagement across the global function. Perform FP&A reporting to executive management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Oversee the 3-year strategy planning process with coordination across Commercial, Engineering, and Operations to prepare ELT presentations and long-term financials. Own the annual budget process, working with plant controllers and division leadership to set direction and financial targets. Direct monthly forecasting for all division operating plants, consolidate and report to corporate, lead monthly close and financial operating reviews. Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times in recurring financial processes through technology, standard operating procedures, and efficiency measures, aligned with Regal Rexnord’s 80/20 principles. Ensure application and compliance with Regal Rexnord accounting policies, US GAAP, IFRS, and applicable laws. Manage and drive completion of internal and external audits; report root causes, remediation plans, and closures of findings; pursue process improvement opportunities. Partner with other functions to lead financial support for division projects including 80/20 execution, pricing strategy, and footprint optimization. Provide real-time coaching and development opportunities to finance team members. Required Education / Experience / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree and/or a CPA strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience including global financial leadership, public accounting and/or manufacturing with consolidations, audits, financial reporting, and public company finances. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility preferred. Excellent communication skills; ability to establish a personal brand to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence resources outside direct responsibility. Ability to focus on overall process objectives while addressing transactional detail when needed. Insightful ability to identify trends for continuous improvement across the function. Ability to overcome obstacles and adapt to achieve business objectives. Commitment to coaching and mentoring staff to enhance proficiency and long-term development. Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Hands-on, resourceful, results-oriented mindset with continuous improvement and 80/20 principles. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle ERP, SAP, Hyperion, and OneStream experience a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Relationships

$200,000 - $230,000 The salary range reflects base pay and is dependent on factors including location, skills, experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons. Benefits
