As a Senior Associate, Process Transformation & Optimization, you’ll play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements across marketing execution, regulatory workflows, and operational delivery.

You’ll work cross-functionally to drive transformation initiatives that enhance speed-to-market, reduce risk, and improve member experience. Your work will help lay the foundation for scalable workflow automation and platform enablement across the marketing ecosystem.

Process Discovery & Optimization

Lead and support process improvement initiatives across regulated content, campaign execution, intake, and fulfillment workflows

Facilitate discovery sessions, root cause analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify inefficiencies and pain points

Translate business needs into scalable, compliant future‑state processes aligned with enterprise standards

Workflow Mapping & Enablement

Create detailed process maps, decision trees, and supporting documentation to guide platform configuration and automation

Partner with product managers and platform teams to ensure workflows are accurately translated into technical requirements

Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and governance documentation to support adoption and consistency

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Compliance, Technology, Creative, and Vendor Management to implement process enhancements

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on workflow goals, constraints, and success metrics

Participate in enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives by aligning marketing operations with strategic goals

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of improvements and identify areas for ongoing optimization

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities to streamline operations and reduce risk

Stay informed on best practices in marketing operations, process design, and intelligent automation

Improve operational efficiency and reduce execution risk through process redesign

Enable faster, more compliant delivery of member communications

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration

Support innovation in marketing operations by aligning processes with evolving business needs

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing Operations, or a related field or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project coordination

Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills

Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries

Familiarity with workflow automation tools and marketing technology platforms

Exposure to change management and performance measurement frameworks

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
