Position Overview
Full-time position for 2025-2026 school year
Transition / Functional Living Skills position
Develop, provide, and monitor post-secondary opportunities for students who experience disabilities ages 18-21
Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families
Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
Current TSP Teaching License required with Special Education endorsement
Experience teaching students with disabilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Compensation & Benefits
Rates:
$48-62/hour
W-2 employment
Paid sick leave
