LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our client in San Francisco, CA. This direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment.
The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing tasks. We are looking for an applicant with at least 10 years of accounting experience and strong private equity, consolidations, and GL experience.

Overview
Senior Accounting Manager role in San Francisco, CA. Direct hire with hybrid work environment. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee monthly and quarterly cash reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts. Manage the accounting and reporting of long-term debt, including new issuances, repayments, and covenant compliance. Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and settlements, ensuring accuracy across all global entities. Partner with Treasury, Tax, and Audit teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within reconciliations, reporting, and quarter-end close procedures. Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues such as debt modifications and hedge accounting. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits. Mentor and develop accounting staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Qualifications
B.S/B.A in Accounting required At least 10 years of accounting experience Hands on experience with consolidations and GL Private equity experience preferred Public accounting experience at a Big-4 accounting firm Through understanding of GAAP Well-organized Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Salary and Benefits
The anticipated salary for this position is between $150,000 and $175,000 based upon a written compensation plan. Medical, dental and vision 401(k) match program Vacation and sick leave PTO Life insurance Disability insurance Hybrid work schedule (2 days in the office per week) Equal Opportunity
