Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit in South Dallas. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive team, overseeing all finance, accounting, and day-to-day operations while partnering with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders in real estate and development. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on financial management to ensure fiscal health and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Manage treasury and cash flow, ensuring strong financial controls.
Oversee capital and real estate projects with internal and external partners.
Support strategic planning, fundraising, and investment initiatives.
Supervise accounting, payroll, and administrative operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including nonprofit CFO experience.
Expertise in fund accounting, grant compliance, and capital project finance.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills; mission-driven mindset.
