Overview
Technical Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation Voice AI products for the restaurant industry, leveraging LLM and speech technologies to transform how guests place orders and interact with brands. Products power conversational AI experiences for restaurants across drive-thru and phone channels (e.g. take-out), delivering fast, accurate, and natural conversations that improve service speed, order accuracy, and free staff to focus on hospitality. This role is 100% remote, full-time. Responsibilities
Translate product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and delivery plans for Voice AI solutions in the restaurant industry. Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research. Use data insights, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities and define impactful product features. Define, scope, and launch features that improve AI accuracy, expand coverage, and enhance operational performance. Set KPIs and success metrics, monitor performance, and adjust priorities based on data insights. Rapidly prototype and build proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before full-scale development. Work with engineering and data science to test and iterate on conversational AI capabilities. Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of trends in LLMs, speech recognition, and conversational AI. Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure successful product launches. Continuously refine the product based on performance metrics and customer feedback. Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, or conversational/voice technology products. Hands-on technical skills with rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts using tools such as Python or similar, and experience leveraging LLMs to design, experiment with, and validate features. Demonstrated experience with LLMs, speech recognition/synthesis, and conversational AI systems. Strong data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics, extract actionable insights, and inform product strategy. Proven track record of defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and using data to guide product direction and prioritization. Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and customer-facing teams. Solid understanding of UX principles for conversational interfaces and ability to translate user needs into intuitive product experiences. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Comfortable working in US hours (EST) as needed.
