The Role
Senior Software Engineer
is a high-visibility, cross-functional role focused on building scalable tools for resort operators and seamless experiences for guests. You’ll influence technical direction, own key product initiatives, and help shape engineering culture as the company scales. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver reliable, high-performance systems that drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable systems supporting long-term growth Lead development on mission-critical initiatives for partners and guests Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to deliver high-performance applications Contribute to and evolve a modern AWS-based stack (Rails, Node.js, Postgres, MongoDB, ECS) Mentor engineers and champion best practices in architecture, testing, and development What You Bring
Deep experience with AWS infrastructure and backend development (Rails, Node.js) Proven ability to design and scale applications in production environments Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, MongoDB) Track record of delivering well-tested, maintainable code in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams (Bonus)
