You will help design and implement technical product experiences that enable seamless learning and career advancement. Working with experienced product leaders and multiple teams, you'll help develop solutions that make AWS Certification more accessible, intuitive, and impactful for technology professionals globally.

Key job responsibilities

Contribute to technical product strategies for AWS Certification experiences

Work with cross‑functional teams to implement innovative learning solutions

Partner with engineering teams on technical requirements and implementation

Help develop data‑driven product roadmaps

Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions

Drive execution of product features from conception to launch

A day in the life Analyze customer needs, define product requirements, and execute product initiatives. Work closely with engineering teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and help develop solutions that enhance the learning and certification experience.

Qualifications

4+ years of customer‑facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience

Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge of agile product development and life‑cycle management process

Experience leading cross‑functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Experience with data analysis and business case development, and managing programs from concept to implementation

Experience working within the enterprise software development industry

Experience developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects

Compensation Base pay ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market, with additional equity, sign‑on payments, and benefits as part of a total compensation package.
