Provide oversight into the processes within Servicing Compliance to drive connectivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across functions and leaders. Serve as the subject matter expert on end-to-end processes within the existing purview. Support activities associated with the Company’s Mortgage Compliance Program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency requirements. Execute internal process improvements and transition day-to-day activities to oversight responsibilities. Oversight of multiple projects related to Private Investor Servicing Agreements (PSA) to align with Servicing Compliance strategic goals and vision. Execute testing on monthly PSA quality assurance reviews. Develop strong executive-level presentations and process journey documentation. Act as a utility player for the Servicing Compliance organization in various roles. Communicate with senior leaders and lines of business; gather, investigate, and review information and conduct research. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s values and culture. Qualifications
Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking skills. Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Strong project management skills to drive process improvements effectively. Effective communication skills and strong business acumen. Strong organizational skills and time management. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Team player with attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment. Experience in Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry preferred.
