Revport Business Analyst

on the Broadridge Revenue and Expense Management Professional Services team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of the Revport application and its related modules. In this client-facing position, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting client business and technical requirements to design and deliver effective solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Broadridge’s Revport application. Work Mode

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the Boston office 1-2 days a week and have the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. Responsibilities

Gather, document, and evaluate business and technical requirements through client workshops and meetings. Perform process modeling to validate and prove out client business scenarios. Translate complex technical concepts and system functionality into business-friendly language to ensure alignment across technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Extract, analyze, and integrate data to support reporting and business planning needs. Interpret and map data from multiple sources into standardized formats for Revport processing. Assist in preparing cleansed and mapped datasets for upstream and downstream client applications, including legacy systems and data warehouses. Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Analyst teams to identify requirements and document functional gaps. Support system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities to ensure successful client project outcomes. Provide feedback and enhancement suggestions to the Product Team to improve Revport functionality. Qualifications

Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) or graduate/second-level degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s) with an emphasis in finance, economics, math, programming, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, billing, or revenue/expense management systems. Prior Revport experience strongly preferred; experience with other billing systems (e.g., FiServ Advantage, Quartal Fee Manager, Redi2 Revenue Manager) a plus. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Intermediate SQL and/or other programming skills preferred. Experience in using financial technology, application of quantitative methods or database administration. Experience analyzing and documenting requirements and system functional specifications, including use cases. Experience with large/complex data sets and transforming business requirements into technical designs. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Strong analytical skills with persistence in problem-solving. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, supported by strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm to learn and excel in a dynamic team environment. Compensation and Benefits
