Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER. Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously. Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Assist in triaging patients based on urgency of care. Document patient information accurately and timely. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Communicate effectively with patients and their families. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Experience / Qualifications
Current California RN license with emergency care experience. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Strong communication skills to interact with patients and families effectively. Experience in triaging patients based on urgency of care. Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Proficiency in documenting patient information accurately and timely. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
