$132,900.00/yr - $174,450.00/yr What you’ll do
As a
Senior Project Architect , you’ll research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients in a variety of industries (examples include data centers, commercial, and advanced manufacturing). You’ll apply knowledge of architectural design, work on zoning, building codes, and building systems and materials. You’ll mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers, working closely with technical and engineering discipline leads. You’ll deliver excellence in all phases of projects from planning through construction administration and close-out while maintaining firm-wide quality standards and understanding design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects. This is a hybrid all US location opportunity, allowing candidates the flexibility to work remotely and report into a local Jacobs office for team meetings and collaboration. You’ll be part of a team that collaborates with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads, including involvement with advanced technology facilities and Open AI related projects. Qualifications
Bachelor in Architecture
from an accredited Architectural Program 15+ years of professional experience Professional Architectural License and ability to be licensed in multiple states Demonstrated program experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules Ability to work across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams Ability to travel to project sites in the US Nice to have
Masters in Architecture Experience designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science, or other Industrial Facilities with office environments) Participation in professional organizations LEED AP credentials Benefits and compensation

Some roles may be eligible for merit increases, performance bonuses, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $132,900.00 to $174,450.00.
