Parsons is looking for a talented Sr. Director, Cyber Solutions Architect to join our team. This role supports our Defense and Intelligence Business Unit’s Cyber and National Operations sector, providing full‑spectrum offensive and defensive cyber capabilities to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Position Overview

Report to the Vice President, Cyber Business Development. Lead technical and solutioning teams in identification, qualification, pursuit, and shaping of new cyber business opportunities. Unify technical strategy (solution stack, architecture, technical branding) to advance current and complex DoD & IC cyber and cyber‑enabled space programs. This is a hybrid role located in Northern Virginia or Central Maryland with travel of 10‑20% (up to 30%). Responsibilities

Manage vision and strategy for technology development within Cyber Warfare, Analytics & Engineering, and Unconventional Access program directorates. Identify and align customer needs to establish a technology strategy that supports programs across current and future operational requirements. Ensure programs across the Cyber and National Operations sector align with the technical growth strategy and business plan. Collaborate with the D&I business unit for new pipeline development, synchronizing with growth and technical teams. Work across markets to align current capability sets with emerging technologies and customer missions. Coordinate with technical and mission SMEs to identify new Internal Research & Development concepts that drive capabilities for current and future customers. Assist program staff in understanding technical needs and provide support and solutions, both existing and innovative. Required Skills

4‑year degree in Engineering, Management, or related technical/business field. 15+ years of related experience with hands‑on expertise. Strong network of customer and industry contacts; familiar with DoD and IC cyber programs and upcoming initiatives. Demonstrated agile decision‑making and leadership, facilitating technical solutioning and strategy across cyber services. Awareness of current business climate and cyber trends; execute long‑term business and marketing strategies. Experience leading teams of engineers, architects, analysts, test engineers, and cyber practitioners. Experience with system engineering life‑cycle methodologies, including waterfall, spiral, and Agile. Security Clearance

An active Top Secret security clearance is required. Compensation & Benefits
