Job Summary:
We are seeking a Space Planner to enhance our Americas region real estate portfolio management, excluding corporate headquarters, by delivering advanced occupancy and space planning services. This is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Management Resources team, aimed at optimizing real estate efficiency and supporting hybrid work models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate real estate, with a focus on space planning, data management, and strategic implementation of Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide space and occupancy planning expertise across client's Americas locations. Analyze space requirements against future projections and develop space planning scenarios using IWMS tools and AutoCAD. Execute MACs effectively with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring projects align with business objectives. Ensure the accuracy of space occupancy data and contribute to the development of space planning standards. Generate regular and special reports on space allocation and occupancy.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM tools and working knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong analytical abilities with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Experience: Extensive experience (5-7 years) in corporate real estate space planning at a large/global company is essential for this role.
