Essential Functions: Designs and develops insightful dashboards, reports, and scorecards to enhance understanding of key HR metrics. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic decisions. Continuously monitors trends to pinpoint emerging risks and identify improvement opportunities. Evaluates objectives to determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure performance and effectiveness. Identifies and collects reliable data sources to accurately measure HR-related metrics, ensuring data integrity. Collaborates with HR and cross-functional partners to assess reporting requirements, delivering tailored insights and scalable data solutions. Creates and conducts training sessions to empower stakeholders to utilize data in their decision-making processes. Keeps up to date with emerging trends in HR analytics and technology, continuously proposing enhancements or new features. Collaborates cross-functionally to establish best practices for reporting standards. Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and privacy of HR-related data across all systems and reports. Gathers and evaluates business needs to draft functional design documents for system enhancements, improving HR operations through effective reports and integrations with the HRIS. Develops technical designs for efficient reporting configuration within Workday and other systems, testing these designs to meet business needs before finalizing in the Production Tenant. Provides daily support by addressing cases assigned to the HRIS technical team and delivering optimal resolutions within set service level agreements. Performs additional duties and projects as needed at management's direction. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field preferred. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in reporting and data analytics required. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus. HR experience is desirable. Experience with Workday is beneficial. Skilled in generating reports and handling large datasets to create visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards. Pay range: $88,500 to $115,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This role is fully onsite at our Irvine, CA campus. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
