Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Hyatt brand standards.

Support scheduling, payroll tracking, and labor management to optimize staffing and control costs.

Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of all F&B spaces, including dining rooms, bars, and storage areas.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and equipment.

Team Development

Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of service professionals.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new colleagues.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high morale.

Guest Experience

Ensure every guest receives warm, personalized service that reflects the spirit of Lake Tahoe hospitality.

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Promote resort amenities and services through upselling and guest engagement.

Financial & Strategic Support

Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and revenue enhancement strategies.

Monitor and manage expenses, including food and beverage cost controls.

Support special events, promotions, and seasonal activations to drive revenue and guest engagement.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including health and safety standards.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a resort or upscale hotel setting.

Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems; Kronos experience a plus.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Working Conditions

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Frequent use of hands and arms for grasping, reaching, and handling equipment.
