Assistant Golf Professional

Overview The Assistant Golf Professional supports the Head Golf Professional in all areas of the Golf Operation. The Assistant is trained and able to perform all the tasks of inside and outside personnel. This Staff Member is the Leader in the day-to-day golf shop duties next to the Head Golf Professional.

Experience Required

Salary based on experience level.

Preffered 3-5 years in the golf industry.

Experience in GolfGenius

Microsoft Excel

Essential Responsibilities

Assist Head Golf Professional in Golf Operations

Increase participation in Major Events hosted by the golf course

Contribute to Membership/Rewards Program growth

Train and Lead Outside Staff

Golf Shop Duties:

Assist customers with tee times as well as merchandise

Check in golfers

Maintain an organized and clean golf shop

Pricing & Restocking merchandise

Supervise outside personnel and ensure their attention to all opening/closing procedures

Assist with inventory, purchasing, and receiving

Assist with Men's & Ladies Leagues

Inventory Management

Tee Sheet Management

Assist with tournament preparations, announcements and execution

Provide exceptional customer service skills!
