Senior Product Manager, User Data & Privacy Experience The TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division's goal is to meet all privacy, responsibility, and compliance requirements, while providing the best user experience to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok. We focus on building infrastructure and user-facing tools that uphold data transparency, empower user control, and earn trust at scale. As part of this team, you'll help shape the future of privacy on one of the world's most influential platforms, balancing regulatory demands with innovation and usability. Responsibilities
Lead the product vision and roadmap for TikTok''s user-facing data subject right tools, enabling users to manage their data securely and efficiently Partner with Legal, Policy, Engineering, and UX teams to define system requirements, API contracts, and user flows that ensure both compliance and usability Drive cross-platform and cross-region alignment, adapting portability solutions to different regulatory, technical, and product contexts Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on privacy or data management features for consumer-facing products Strong communication and documentation skills, especially when navigating legal, technical, and policy constraints Comfort with data-informed product design and basic familiarity with privacy and compliance concepts Preferred Qualifications Experience launching or managing products related to user data access Understanding of privacy regulations and frameworks About TikTok

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149,040 - $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors including qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the total package and may include bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
