Overview

Revenue Cloud Functional Solution Architect role within Neocol’s Business Consulting Team, specializing in Revenue Operations management consulting. Engage with our clients’ leadership teams to discuss and propose solution paths, lead internal and client project teams through executive outcomes, and oversee the build and deployment of the proposed solution/transformation project. Responsibilities

Follow the Neocol Functional Consulting playbook and project Statement of Work to ensure the approach, scope, quality, and outcomes align with client objectives. Conduct research on customers, industries, or products to enhance relevance to the project and client needs. Engage with client executives and stakeholders, conveying ideas with both technical and non-technical approaches to align expectations and demonstrate value. Prepare or tailor discovery workshop assets (decks, sheets, documents) to facilitate focused conversations on strategic, functional, or technical topics. Plan and facilitate discovery sessions, blending technical and functional concepts with an empathetic approach to elicit feasible solution paths and achieve workshop objectives. Deep dive into business process needs and requirements to identify key complexity, gaps, or high-value improvements, and expand on them with clarity. Identify, recommend, and prioritize customer functional requirements for a future-state roadmap with phased deliverables. Coordinate demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, or interactive assets as appropriate to accelerate design decisions. Maintain engaging and professional communication to ensure client engagement, focus, and trust. Collaborate in real time with colleagues to document unresolved decisions and actions for follow-up. Ensure ratified design decisions and capabilities are upheld during solution development and implementation, initiating change documentation when needed. Provide solution development leadership and support to achieve shared goals and deadlines. Identify and communicate project risks related to scope, time, resources, budget, functionality, or quality to the project team and leaders. Oversee or participate in quality control, testing, deployment, stability, and performance of the delivered solution end state, with consideration for future expansion. Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including declarative or custom development, wireframing, solutioning, deployments, business analysis/user story documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and quality control across full Salesforce solution lifecycles. 3+ years in Quote-to-Cash or Revenue Operations consulting/solutions development, across various revenue models and industries, with Salesforce as a key component. Experience in 3+ medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud implementations in lead/ senior consultant or architect roles. Strong understanding of data, analytics, integration concepts, and familiarity with tools and concepts like MDM, DWH, ERP, Mulesoft, Tableau, Data Cloud, NetSuite, SAP, etc. Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Highly organized with the ability to manage workload and deliver tasks both collaboratively and independently. Excellent verbal and written communication to drive topics and decisions, with ability to extract meaningful conversation from client interactions. Proven capability as a trusted advisor with ownership and accountability for client success. Proficiency with project/PDLC management and productivity tools (Google Docs, MS Word, Jira, Slack, LucidChart, Visio, etc.). Expert-level skills in developing engaging slideware (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint) and Salesforce-related certifications or substantial CPQ experience. Awareness of evolving Salesforce ecosystem trends and revenue/billing models. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification. Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud certifications or demonstrated experience. Salesforce Business Analyst, Strategy Designer, or Certified Consultant. Additional: Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, AppExchange products, Conga Suite, Mulesoft, Tableau, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM, or similar tools. Culture and Benefits
