The Department of Anesthesiology is actively recruiting academic anesthesiologists with fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine to join our Division of Critical Care. We seek dedicated physicians committed to excellence in patient care, education, and academic scholarship. Position Highlights

Clinical practice in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary environment, including the Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and Cancer Surgical ICU. Collaborate with a dynamic team of anesthesiology-trained intensivists. Engage in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in a vibrant academic setting. Participate in ongoing quality improvement and clinical research initiatives, with support for professional development. MD, DO or equivalent degree Completion of an ACGME-accredited Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology Licensed or license-eligible to practice medicine in the state of Ohio Interest in academic medicine, including education, quality improvement, or clinical research Qualify for an academic appointment at Assistant, Associate or Professor rank H-1B visa sponsorship available for qualified applicants Division of Critical Care Medicine

The Division of Critical Care Medicine currently consists of 15 faculty members and continues to expand in both clinical footprint and academic visibility. The department emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based care with leadership in administrative and quality initiatives. Anesthesiology-trained intensivists care for patients in SICU, CVICU, and related units, including care for post-acute, trauma, transplant, and cancer surgical patients. The CVICU houses high-volume ECLS/ECMO and LVAD/heart-lung transplant programs. Faculty engage in teaching, research, and leadership roles across the health system.
