Are you living your life\'s work? Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Podiatrist. Join a group of experienced podiatrists working collaboratively to provide high level quality patient care in the area of podiatry. This forward-thinking group uses the latest technology and equipment to appropriately diagnose, treat and prevent foot and ankle conditions with their patients. Our providers provide patient centered treatments and procedures with diabetic foot care, foot trauma, foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopic surgery, wound care, custom orthotics, sports medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, healthy foot and ankle maintenance and treatment for children. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other specialists of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health and the Penn Medicine Network.
Responsibilities
Provide high level quality patient care in the area of podiatry, including diabetic foot care, foot trauma, and prevention of foot and ankle conditions.
Perform foot and ankle surgeries, including reconstructive procedures and arthroscopic surgery.
Deliver wound care, orthotics, and sports medicine services as part of patient-centered treatments.
Utilize diagnostic ultrasound and other technologies to diagnose and manage conditions.
Collaborate with other Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health specialists and network clinicians to coordinate care.
Participate in ongoing patient education and preventive foot and ankle care.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited School program of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM).
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery or the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted PA Medical License.
Training in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery and advanced wound care & limb salvage preferred.
