Department Overview The Supply Chain AI Transformation department at Motorola Solutions manages projects and sets goals, transforming solutions for the future.
Job Description In this role the Program Manager would lead project management of AI initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineers.
Qualifications
AI Expertise: Solid understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and their use in supply chain applications
AI Implementation Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement AI models
Supply Chain Optimization Focus: Ability to identify AI-driven opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Program Management Experience: Experience managing multiple, related projects within a larger program
Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs
Create and implement a change management plan for the organization
Manage and address risks and issues throughout the project
Manage multiple projects at any given time
Facilitate team meetings weekly and quarterly
Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
Present project status as required to different organization levels
Additional Qualified Skills
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Experience managing AI projects
Change Management experience
Strong Project management skills
Ability to work in a matrix team environment
Advance Google Suite experience
Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferred
PMP certification preferred
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Business Transformation, Project Management, or Supply Chain required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Travel Requirements 10-25%

Target Base Salary Range $98,100 - $196,200
