Eisner Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing culturally competent, full life-cycle medical care, prenatal care, women’s health services, dental care, behavioral health care, optometry, dermatology, case management/care coordination, supplemental services (patient benefits and enrollment, outreach), and an on-site pharmacy and lab. We are the provider of choice for more than 40,000 children, adults, and older adults in Los Angeles County each year. Position Summary

The Eisner Health Compliance Manager/Director will build and lead a formal organizational compliance program from the ground up. This is a new position that is being added to ensure Eisner Health is able to remain compliant as it continues to grow. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Compliance Manager/Director will develop, implement, and oversee policies, procedures, audits, patient grievances, incident reports, and internal reporting systems to ensure full adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) requirements. The Compliance Manager/Director will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Eisner’s C-Suite and other key leaders across the organization to embed compliance in all aspects of operations and cultivate a culture of compliance across the organization. Essentials Duties

Compliance Program Development & Leadership Design, implement, and lead Eisner’s formal compliance program. In collaboration with the CEO and leadership team, identify and prioritize key compliance areas. Establish a roadmap for building program components over time, including staffing needs. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Develop and maintain policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Lead preparation for site visits and audits; coordinate documentation and corrective action plans. Conduct internal audits, in collaboration with other departments to assess risk and compliance. Lead the management and processing of HRSA FTCA claims-related activities and serve as the claims point of contact. Prepare and present quarterly FTCA compliance reports to the Board of Directors, and an annual summary report. Monitoring & Investigations Oversee the system for reporting, tracking, and resolving patient incidents and grievances. Investigate complaints and reports of noncompliance; recommend and implement corrective actions. Monitor departmental compliance through periodic spot checks. Training & Education Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff understanding of compliance policies and regulations. Promote an organizational culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability. Policy Oversight & Documentation Serve as the custodian of all organizational policies; maintain centralized policy repository. Ensure policies are reviewed, updated, and communicated regularly to relevant staff. Direct Reports : None Compensation : $130,000-$155,000/year Requirements And Qualifications

Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), preferred, or similar compliance certification. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Administration, Law, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 4 years of compliance experience, including significant responsibility within an FQHC or similarly regulated healthcare environment. Demonstrated success designing and leading healthcare compliance programs. Strong understanding of federal healthcare regulations, including HRSA, FTCA, and HIPAA guidelines. Experience managing audits and compliance investigations. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate and drive change across departments.
