Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the veterinary team while maintaining high medical standards
Diagnose and treat a variety of small animal cases using advanced diagnostics
Perform routine and complex surgical procedures
Oversee patient care and ensure quality and efficiency across all medical services
Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited university
Active veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the state of California
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Passion for mentorship and team development
