This position is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago office: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Oversee development, planning, and execution of integrated direct marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention; identify optimization opportunities for improved conversion and revenue growth. Ensure CRM initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with campaign requirements, goals, and timelines. Optimize CRM content, messaging, and cadence through data‑driven A/B testing. Apply email, SMS, and push best practices in segmentation, audience building, personalized offers, and KPI measurements to improve channel performance.

CRM Strategy & Analytics: Develop customer contact/audience targeting strategies across email, SMS, push, and direct mail. Create, evaluate, and track KPIs; collaborate with the CRM analytics team to interpret results. Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insights and recommendations to business owners.

Cross‑Team Collaboration & Partnership: Partner with creative teams to develop on‑brand content; work with product marketing and business owners to identify optimization opportunities. Build strong cross‑team relationships and represent CRM in support of business needs. Manage external vendor relationships and partner with Marketing Technology and Engineering teams to refine the Martech Stack.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

5+ years of experience in CRM campaign strategy and channel planning (direct mail, email, mobile marketing) in a direct‑to‑consumer or retail environment.

Deep understanding of data‑driven direct marketing principles and best practices.

Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, Epsilon).

Strong planning, stakeholder management, and ability to set and manage timelines and backlogs.

Able to identify opportunities and issues and proactively address them.

Passionate about CRM channel marketing and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range $89,565.00-$130,620.00 Annual
