We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager – ERP Applications with Workday experience to drive the evolution, optimization, and innovation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions across our organization. In this role, you will act as the strategic leader for Workday and other corporate applications, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and executive leadership to ensure that our ERP systems align with business objectives, drive efficiency, and deliver high-impact solutions. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
– Defines and drives the ERP product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Workday & Corporate Applications Management
– Oversees Workday enhancements, including system configurations, business process optimizations, and module expansions. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
– Works closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, to gather business requirements and translate them into product solutions. Integration & Data Management
– Defines integration strategies between Workday and other corporate applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency. Performance, Compliance & Risk Management
– Monitors ERP system performance, identifies inefficiencies, and ensures compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and governance guidelines. Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is highly preferred. Workday Certification in at least one core module (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Security, or Integrations) is highly preferred. 5+ years of Workday experience in a product management or system ownership role. 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications and ERP systems management. Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS, Azure) is a plus. Deep expertise in Workday ERP, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Security configurations. Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, Workday Extend, and BIRT reporting. Experience working with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workday Cloud Connect. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead large-scale ERP implementations and optimizations. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all levels of the organization. Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security models related to ERP systems. Physical Demands
