Job Overview We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is in-person and demands flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll handle traditional Executive Assistant duties and thrive in a non-traditional, often high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex and dynamic calendars across time zones

Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, events, and logistics—often with little notice

Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and action tracking to help keep projects on schedule

Provide support outside of traditional work hours as needed (evenings/weekends availability required)

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline executive workflows

Support personal tasks and errands as needed to optimize time management

Professional Experience & Qualifications

3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 2 in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to operate in high-responsibility roles with little oversight

Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills

Discreet, trustworthy, and resourceful—no task is too small or too large

Able to keep cool under pressure and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach

Highly adaptable with strong intuition for shifting priorities and needs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing and able to work a non-traditional schedule (availability during evenings, weekends, or outside standard business hours as needed)

HR experience or familiarity with People Operations is a strong plus

Office management experience is also a plus, especially in supporting onsite operations or team logistics

What we offer

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000
