IT System Administrator (f/m/x). Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for all IT related tasks Configure new computer hardware and software / perform upgrades and configuration of desktop, related peripherals and network components Set up and manage user accounts and permissions Manage the hardware and software asset inventory Troubleshoot connectivity issues Document procedures and maintain the existing documentation Qualifications
Your Toolkit: Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Cisco, Sophos Minimum 2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience Minimum 2 years of experience in installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software on PCs, servers and related equipment Very good English skills, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence, flexibility and ability to work under pressure This role requires you to be in our Frankfurt am Main office at least 4 days per week.
