Program Director

to be the head of all project activities, holding overall accountability for the successful delivery of the program, with the objective of ensuring the integration of all construction project partners, systems, business structures and practices, to optimize project results, increase value for the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency. This project is located outside of the Chicago metro area. Who are we?

Leadership: set project vision, communicate with stakeholders, inspire the organization, align communication and processes, diagnose gaps, foster collaboration, and drive inclusive culture. Operational/Delivery: oversee construction activities, uphold safety, anticipate technical issues and provide expert input. Commercial/Contractual: manage risk, control expenses, and oversee project P&L and financial reporting. Qualifications

BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management LEED Accredited (highly preferred) +25 years in building construction, with pharmaceutical manufacturing facility experience required Experience in Integrated Project Delivery, Construction Manager at Risk, and Design Build on commercial or R&D projects Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of Integrated Project Delivery and technical construction acumen Business acumen, strategic decision-making, and ability to lead diverse teams Effective communication, active listening, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Commitment to safety and Gilbane\'s core values: Integrity, Caring, Teamwork, Dedication to Excellence, Discipline, Loyalty, Entrepreneurship Notes

Compensation: Salary to be determined by education, experience, and market data. Illinois range listed among posted roles. Gilbane offers a comprehensive benefits and profit-sharing/401k package.
