The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for the definition and delivery of the overall technology strategy, including the implementation of the organization’s digital transformation program. We are seeking a technology visionary with a strong focus on data, infrastructure, and scalable technology strategy. The ideal candidate will lead the technology organization, ensuring platforms are robust, secure, efficient, and future-ready, while enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. This role will sit at the leadership level and will shape and execute the company’s technology roadmap with emphasis on cloud infrastructure, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and systems reliability. Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy aligned with company goals. Advise executive leadership and the board on emerging technologies, infrastructure investments, and data innovation. Champion a data-first culture with reliable, actionable insights. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Ensure design, development, deployment, and maintenance of IT programs, software, and infrastructure. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to deliver business value. Team & Department Management: Lead and mentor technology teams, align goals with organizational priorities. Manage department budgets and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective IT system management and database operations. Oversee service level agreements with internal teams and external vendors. Data, Analytics & AI: Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy covering governance, quality, privacy, and lifecycle management. Oversee enterprise data platforms, warehouses, and pipelines for scalability and accessibility. Partner with business leaders to leverage AI/ML and analytics for competitive advantage. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. Technical & Operational Oversight: Oversee design, implementation, and scaling of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid). Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across systems and networks. Lead adoption of DevOps practices for automation and monitoring. Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery. Maintain security, integrity, and operational efficiency of all systems. Coordinate with business units to support applications and deliver innovative technology solutions. What You’ll Enjoy / Skills & Characteristics

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar 15+ years of work experience in technology; leadership in investment/financial services-related industry is highly preferred Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance Proven executive-level technology leadership (10+ years, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role) Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), distributed systems, and enterprise-grade architecture Strong track record in building and scaling data platforms, governance frameworks, and analytics ecosystems Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance Experience leading cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and data teams Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical strategy into business impact Experience in M&A technology integration and infrastructure management About the Company
