Build, optimize, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for reliable, scalable deployments. Partner with engineering and delivery teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS). Monitor and improve system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, DataDog, and Application Insights. Implement configuration as code to ensure reproducibility and scalability across environments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively to ensure minimal downtime. Stay current on DevOps best practices and drive adoption of emerging Azure technologies. Success Metrics
Deployment success rate and reduced downtime Improved CI/CD efficiency and release velocity Increased system scalability, reliability, and observability Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, ideally in an Azure environment Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud, ADO pipelines, Flux CD, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills Excellent communicator who collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams Organized, accountable, and proactive - you take ownership and deliver results Seniority level
