Architect and lead advanced embedded memory IP design (SRAM, ROM, TCAM). Define memory architecture, redundancy, and repair strategies. Guide teams through all development phases, from feasibility to silicon validation. Oversee design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decisions. Drive pre-silicon verification and silicon bring-up/debug. Support customer engagements and translate feedback into roadmap improvements. Mentor and develop engineers. The Impact You Will Have

Ph.D./M.Tech/M.S./B.Tech in EE, Electronics, or related field. 20+ years in embedded memory design and silicon validation. Deep knowledge of advanced CMOS nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm+). Expertise in memory compilers, redundancy, ECC, and yield. Strong customer-facing and leadership experience. Preferred: Foundry interaction and emerging memory tech (MRAM, RRAM, FeRAM). Who You Are
