Overview

The Project and Change Management Lead plays a central role in the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of enterprise systems by combining project management discipline with change management expertise. Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives while ensuring that users are well-prepared for and supported through system changes. Leads communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies to maximize adoption and ensure long-term success. Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Leads project planning, timelines, deliverables, and reporting for enterprise system implementations and subsequent initiatives. Coordinates cross-departmental resources to achieve implementation goals and ongoing optimization milestones. Change Management & Adoption: Develops and executes change management plans, including communication and training, tailored to both initial rollouts and future enhancements. Partners with the Technical Training & Communications Specialist to design and deliver user training. Monitors adoption metrics and adjusts strategies to sustain long-term engagement. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Facilitates stakeholder engagement and serves as a liaison between departments and project teams. Develops and executes comprehensive communication strategies to support change initiatives and manage resistance. Continuous Improvement & Mentorship: Assesses the impact of system changes and recommends targeted strategies. Mentors change champions and project participants during implementation and beyond. Qualifications

3–5 years of project management experience required, preferably in enterprise system implementations (ERP, HCM, Finance, or Student Information Systems). 3+ years of experience in change management required, including developing communication, training, and adoption strategies. Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while ensuring user adoption and long-term value. Preferred Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and/or Change Management (Prosci, ACMP). Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $77,480 - $79,200 depending on experience. Benefits
