Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using machine learning, statistics, and advanced analytics. Identify business opportunities through data analysis and optimization. Build, test, and validate predictive models and algorithms. Conduct A/B tests and evaluate model performance. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights. Collaborate across teams to deploy and monitor models in production. Explore new data sources, tools, and technologies to improve capabilities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or statistical modeling. Skilled in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with large datasets and data platforms (Hadoop, SAS, Teradata, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Candidates must be based in the Metro Detroit area; sponsorship is not available for this role. Additional details
