The Medical Oncology Physician will provide outpatient clinical care and contribute to expanding the oncology service line at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital. The physician must be board certified or eligible, licensed in Georgia, and demonstrate strong communication skills and compassion toward patients and their families. Piedmont Healthcare is currently recruiting board certified/board eligible a Medical Oncology Physician to support a rapidly growing and evolving program in Columbus, GA at our Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital. This new physician will help to support and expand the clinical excellence known to the Piedmont Healthcare family. The ideal BC/BE candidate will be self-motivated to excel as a clinician as well as committed to grow this new department. The BE/BC candidate will need to be licensed in the state of Georgia. The candidate must have great communication skills and genuine compassion for the patients as well as patients family/support teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in an outpatient clinic practice as well as helping further develop and grow the oncology service line.
