We’re inviting exceptional PTs to join our “Elite” team — a group delivering 20 or more visits per week to patients in their homes in San Jose, CA and nearby areas. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient\'s home, NOT traditional home health. You will have autonomy to choose when to see patients, with flexible hours to support work-life balance.
