is responsible for driving execution of the product development lifecycle with a dedicated focus on go-to-market strategies. Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, this role ensures operational excellence, process optimization, and seamless coordination for high-visibility product launches. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new products and major feature enhancements, including complex and confidential launches. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to define positioning, messaging, and campaigns that drive adoption and growth. Establish standardized GTM playbooks in Jira, including workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and speed to market. Serve as the connective “glue” across functions, ensuring flawless program management, clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Design and manage testing frameworks (alpha, beta, A/B) to validate product readiness and optimize user experience. Coordinate cross-functional campaigns and communications that support adoption and long-term product success. Lead customer and market research initiatives (surveys, interviews, behavioral analysis) to inform positioning and iteration. Monitor and analyze launch performance, track key metrics, and deliver executive-ready reporting and recommendations. Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance GTM strategies, uncover insights, and streamline execution. Champion agile practices, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across product and GTM teams. Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or formal Product/Project Management training a plus. 8+ years in product operations, product management, engineering, or design—or equivalent SaaS experience. Proven success bridging business needs and technical execution, scaling PDLC frameworks, and leading GTM execution for mission-critical launches. Experience architecting automation solutions and operationalizing product processes at scale for growth-stage or enterprise SaaS. Technical

Advanced fluency with Jira; expertise in optimizing workflows for PDLC and GTM playbooks. Hands-on experience operationalizing product processes and scaling supporting tools. Experience deploying and managing launch/release management systems. Ability to observe behavioral patterns, diagnose system challenges, and design durable solutions. Skilled in designing cross-functional solutions that span organizational complexity. Core Competencies
