The Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is hiring a Director GSC Programs 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This leadership role supports the Global Supply Chain organization for programs within Aeronautics Systems. The position will lead global supply chain strategy, planning, and execution, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to support corporate, sector, and division objectives, including program execution and financial performance. The selected candidate will be a high performing, goal-oriented leader with the ability to work with program stakeholders and across functions to optimize results. This is a leadership position with daily executive interactions, requiring impeccable judgment and alignment with Northrop Grumman leadership behaviors. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments and collaborative/team settings at all levels, including executive leadership. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field OR a Master’s Degree and 8 years of experience in these areas 3 years of experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead, integrated program team, or cost account manager Cost Account Management (CAM) experience Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access required for the position within a reasonable period Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in related fields Experience briefing executive-level audiences Solid understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs Extensive proposal management experience Experience leading in a matrixed environment Primary Level Salary Range: $170,600.00 - $256,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; base salary offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus may be offered. Annual bonuses may reward individual contributions and company results. Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
