Job Description This role will be based in San Francisco or Mountain View. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to ensure that LinkedIn is the most trusted hiring marketplace for our members and customers.

As AI reshapes the world of hiring, maintaining trust in the hiring marketplace has never been more important. You’ll be responsible for developing the systems, policies, and solutions to ensure hirers on LinkedIn are trusted and are adhering to our high standards for member security, privacy, and safety. You’ll work closely with teams across engineering, anti-abuse, incident management, compliance, and legal to combat fraud, abuse, and manipulation in our marketplace.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end strategy for Recruiter Trust, including abuse prevention, compliance, and commercial enforcement initiatives to protect members and uphold platform integrity.

Drive measurable reduction in on-platform harmful experiences by developing and implementing strategies to prevent abuse, including account takeover and fraudulent accounts, in coordination with cross-functional teams. Ensure that we have the right tools in place to mitigate the impacts of misuse.

Define and track key metrics to measure progress against our strategy and key initiatives. Ensure that Recruiter-specific impacts are identified and addressed.

Act as the primary product liaison for trust and AI-related customer diligence and compliance requirements collaborating with InfoSec, Legal, and Product Marketing.

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure LinkedIn’s hiring tools remain safe and trustworthy, protecting users and organizations from scams, abuse, and misuse of features.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in product management OR equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with trust, compliance, or commercial enforcement. Strong understanding of the most recent trends in consumer or enterprise privacy and trust.

Experience in the hiring, recruiting, or talent acquisition space.

Experience developing enterprise products and a proven ability to work directly with customers and sales teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand technical subjects, emerging technologies, and their relevance to trust and compliance.

Strong data analysis skills (statistical hypothesis testing, data retrieval & reporting).

Able to communicate requirements and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Able to manage and lead cross-functional teams.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
