The Director of Creative Services ensures that Chemical Guys’ creative output from packaging to product launches and brand assets is delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time. This leader manages the people, processes, and systems that drive the creative department, ensuring every project meets brand standards and business objectives. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and copywriters, creating an environment that balances creativity with operational excellence. Partnering closely with Marketing, Brand, and Product, you’ll set direction for executional standards and maintain alignment across all creative deliverables. Key Responsibilities

Creative Operations & Resource Management Build, document, and continuously improve creative workflows, timelines, and review processes. Oversee intake, prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation across all creative projects. Manage capacity planning, workload balancing, and staffing needs. Conduct regular operational check-ins to track progress and resolve bottlenecks. Utilize project management tools and implement dashboards, and visibility reporting. Provide oversight and direction to project management resource that support daily creative workflow. Brand Identity & Execution Guide how the Chemical Guys brand shows up across packaging, POP, retail displays, advertising, digital, E-commerce, and video content, in alignment with brand direction set by executive leadership. Ensure creative execution supports broader brand positioning and marketing strategy. Maintain a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint. Creative Quality & Alignment Review and help ensure day-to-day creative output maintains consistency, executional quality, and adherence to brand standards. Partner with senior brand and product leadership to ensure alignment between creative execution and strategy. Contribute to reviews and brainstorming sessions, providing constructive feedback that sharpens and strengthens the work. Uphold executional excellence within the creative team. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team with clarity around expectations and growth opportunities. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride in delivering high-quality work. Reporting & Optimization Establish operational KPIs including project timeliness, resource utilization, and output quality. Track and report on team performance and creative project health to leadership. Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and workflow effectiveness. Oversee the organization and governance of the digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure asset accessibility, accuracy, and long-term usability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field 7–10 years of experience leading creative operations or studio management within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), lifestyle, or automotive industries Proven experience overseeing packaging design, retail/POP materials, and creative execution across multiple marketing channels Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with brand or marketing teams Strong understanding of creative production, including video, photography, and digital asset development Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Wrike and digital asset management platforms (e.g., Bynder) Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams Proven ability to manage creative workflows and deliver high-quality work on time Portfolio or body of work demonstrating successful oversight of packaging, retail, or brand campaigns Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills A passion for the Chemical Guys brand and enthusiast culture is a strong plus Experience in design or production is a bonus Why Join Us
