As a Technical Product Manager for Risk at Sardine, you’ll design and deliver tools that protect customers from financial crime. You’ll own roadmap and execution, collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Ops, integrate with vendors, and design systems that detect and prevent fraud in real time. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a builder who thrives in complexity, understands fraud, and translates risk problems into scalable product solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

Work with product designers, data analysts, and engineering to define detailed product specifications, review technical capabilities, prioritize projects, and steer the fraud risk product roadmap. Engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify high-impact risk features. Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to execution and final product delivery, including documentation. Lead integrations with fraud and identity vendors; evaluate build versus buy decisions. Design new fraud detection methods and monitor data to build a robust detection and prevention system. Build a best-in-class Risk solution trusted by Risk teams worldwide. What You’ll Need

5+ years of product management experience 3+ years focused on Risk, Fraud, or Trust & Safety products Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions Experience delivering products involving fraud detection, scoring, or prevention systems Familiarity with fraud typologies like ATO, card fraud, bank fraud, and related tradeoffs Experience integrating or evaluating third-party vendors (e.g., Socure, Sift, Alloy) Ability to balance customer friction, fraud loss, and system performance Clear, collaborative communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders (Bonus) Understanding of 3DS, device intelligence, or identity verification flows Benefits We Offer
