This role blends deep backend engineering with full-stack development, data architecture, and orchestration — ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and wants to shape the future of fintech infrastructure. Role Overview
You’ll lead the design and development of scalable data platforms and web-based tools that support trading, analytics, and operational intelligence. Expect to work across the stack — from ingesting and transforming massive datasets to building intuitive interfaces for internal users. You’ll also mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions as the team grows. Core Tech Stack & Responsibilities
Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines Normalize and validate diverse data formats at scale Optimize performance for high-throughput systems Full-Stack Development
Develop no/low-code interfaces for internal tooling and analytics Design and implement scalable pipelines using NoSQL and columnar databases Apply lakehouse patterns for unified analytics Ensure flexibility across formats and sources Data Orchestration
Integrate workflow engines like Prefect, Dagster, or Flyte for reliable scheduling and automation BI & Analytics Integration
Connect with platforms like Superset or Metabase to enable self-service analytics Support internal teams with intuitive data access and visualization Bonus Experience
Building no/low-code frameworks or internal analytics platforms Developing products that compound value through automation or AI Working with Lakehouse architecture or unified data platforms Using high-performance languages like Go for latency-sensitive systems Scaling from solo contributor to team leader in fast-paced environments No C2C, transfer, or sponsorship Seniority level
