Job Description Salary: $4000 stipend Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire high school soccer program, including varsity and JV levels if applicable. Develop and implement a competitive training, conditioning, and game strategy program beginning in December. Focus on advanced player development, leadership, and preparation for post-secondary opportunities (college recruiting, showcases, etc.). Oversee assistant coaches and provide program structure, accountability, and culture. Ensure compliance with all TSSAA rules, regulations, and school policies. Monitor student-athlete academic progress, eligibility, and character development. Coordinate practice schedules, facility usage, equipment inventory, and team travel with the Athletic Director. Act as a positive ambassador for the soccer program within the school and local community. Maintain professionalism and clear communication with administration, faculty, players, and families.
Qualifications: Previous successful soccer coaching experience at the high school or higher level required (head coaching preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a competitive athletic program. Knowledge of TSSAA rules and high school athletic regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to develop young athletes both on and off the field. Must pass background check and meet all school/league requirements.
Please note this is a stipended, 1099 position. Must have availability beginning in December for conditioning with a season from March-May 2026. Typical practices and games are between 4-8p.
