LA is looking for an exceptional

Designer

to join our award‑winning creative team. In this role, you will design a variety of digital assets used to engage and attract audiences for one of our most high‑profile entertainment clients. You’ll work alongside a talented team of Designers, Production Artists, and Producers to create and adapt bespoke designs for use in content experiences viewed by millions of people worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

Demonstrates command of visual communication and typography principles

Possesses extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to design guidelines and specifications for a given project

Able to take a creative brief and conceptualize bespoke design solutions

Able to take a hero piece of creative and resize it across a variety of deliverable specs

Able to take a hero piece of creative and reimagine it as an OOH deliverable

Clear and concise communication and organizational skills

Experience working cross‑functionally to build artwork scale solutions

Ability to work quickly and with multiple points of feedback and changes

Prior experience in a time‑sensitive production environment

Ability to use Keynote to create custom presentation templates as well as populate decks with campaign‑ and/or project‑specific content

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of professional experience in production design and graphic design, ideally within entertainment or agency settings

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, and typography principles

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship

Strong communication and organizational skills

Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital, social, and OOH media (required)

The starting base compensation range for this position is $100,000–$125,000 annually. Compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

Work is hybrid (remote with onsite collaboration in the LA area Tuesday–Thursday)
